"I enjoyed my stay overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and my room had an excellent view of the stadium. I especially want to recognize Valita at the front desk. She made check-in smooth and was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance extending my stay. Gift, another front desk agent, was also outstanding. After I had an issue with room service, he was accommodating, professional, and made sure my concerns were addressed. Both employees provided excellent customer service and made me feel valued as a guest. The only disappointing part of my stay was room service. I was served an undercooked omelette and home fries. The kitchen remade the meal, it was better, but still wasn't great. On another occasion, I ordered breakfast and received undercooked home fries for a second time. Receiving the same issue twice was frustrating and showed a lack of quality control. I also attempted order dinner one evening and couldn't get anyone on the phone. By the time I finally got an answer I was told orders were no longer being accepted. I do want to mention that the room service attendant was polite, respectful, and professional. The issue I had was with the quality of the food, not the service provided by the staff. Overall, I would gladly stay here again because of the clean accommodations,beautiful views, and exceptional front desk team. I would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars, with room service receiving 2 out of 5 stars due to the food."
