We booked a Queen room with city view and ensuite
On arrival, we checked in and was told, we had been upgraded
We asked for a reservation for dinner, to be informed their restrauant was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday !
This was not stated on booking
Room had a double bed, not Queen
Had sky light and industrial view if opened the window, no window with city view
Were informed a large party were arriving on Saturday night and wanted rooms next to each other
Lack of hot food left for breakfast, we went dor breakfast at 08:45
Shower and wc open plan to bedroom !

The front desk was very helpful and spoke very good English. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful.
The quick access to walk to the grand place for dinner and other activities was perfect.
I recommend this place for sure!!

"Nice hotel with a good bar and free hot welcome drink that we took in the morning as no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Would recommend parking in the Amiens 2 car park opposite 9 euros for 24 hours. The area around the car park is not the best, I would recommend walking through the train ..."

Great stay near the river in Amiens
"Comfortable beds, large living room space and ample dishes in the kitchen. A small leak in our shower but nothing terrible. Water pressure and temperature were good. We used the laundry facilities as well which were easy to use."
