The parking spots are located on streets close to the property in Canterbury city centre. We require at least 48 hours notice to organise this and require the following information from your car: registration, colour, model and make. RULES: \*This property is not suitable for parties! There was only a tea towel for our 5-night stay, so we bought paper towels and left the remainder for the next guests. The comprehensive house manual is something you don’t always get with a rental, but theirs was full of useful info about the home and Canterbury. One thing not pointed out in the description is a set of steep and narrow stairs heading to the bedrooms on the second floor. It was a challenge getting suitcases up. Finally, our only disappointment was that the serene garden area pictured was a mess: tree debris and moss everywhere, as well as dead plants and lots of overgrown weeds. ##### Keith F.
