This modern home is located in Canterbury City Centre along a pedestrian-only road. Parking is not included and walking is required to reach the flat. Due to the popularity of the area, some light street-side noise may permeate the home during the day. Please respect the neighbours and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am. No smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed. Please remove your shoes at the entrance and keep all food in the kitchen or dining area.
