Great shuttle ride to the airport!

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice. Lovely part of Rome to stay in with great transport options.

Clean, AC works and breakfast is not only free but delicious as well. A lot of variety.

Location is perfect. Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and bath were in very good condition and as presented on the pictures. We did have one very big issue: the noise of the ceiling cracking from people walking on the floor above. We were surprised we didn’t see this in the reviews as the ceiling cracks so much that it makes it very hard to sleep, even with ear plugs. If you’re lucky enough no one is on the floor above you won’t have any issues. However we heard people there 3 out of the 4 nights of our stay which defeated the purpose of booking a stay as we weren’t really able to rest properly.

Our host was very communicative even in the middle of the night when there was a blackout! The building is also conveniently located just blocks from the Roma Termini where you can literally get anywhere around Rome. We would definitely stay again!
