Overall it was a great stay. The property was clean and modernized. The location was great for hikes, star gazing, as well as local shops around for the family. My only concerns was the lack of info on the septic tank, since teaching kids to throw away toilet paper vs flushing is hard, as well as the location having two groups staying in the same home, just different levels. We could hear the up stairs group late at night walking around on the floor. The last thing would be the Gardner who spend 6 hours working on the yard using equipment early. Non of these are the home owner's fault by all means since they are currently upgrading the property, but a heads up would have been preferred is all. Overall a great stay!

The ad for the property seemed to imply that you were getting the entire house. We only got the basement apartment. Although the condition was very good the one bedroom only had 2 bunkbeds. The stove only had one working burner and the oven door was broken. But the price was excellent.
