"The room was spacious with amenities that would be ideal for longer stays. Breakfast was served with many options for any dietary needs. My husband loved the cookies! There were EV chargers, which can make or break a road trip, especially on the coast. I didn’t need them but it’s great to know for future trips. The stairs up to our room were steep but we managed. The fireplace would be ideal in colder. The bunnies on property made us smile with their antics. Staff members were very friendly and helpful! We will come back!"

"Everyone was nice, we had a peekaboo view from our balcony. When we arrived our door was open and the cushions on the couch were on their sides ( like perhaps they had been cleaned) it did not smell fresh in the room. We aired it out and all was fine."

"We liked that it was across the street from Tolovana State Park and beach access. We got excellent weather and a beautiful sunset. We also enjoyed the surrounding peacefulness and quietness of the location. We needed that rather than the business just a few miles to the north. We drove towards the downtown area of Cannon beach, about 2 miles, to eat out and noticed how quickly it felt crowded compared to where we were at Wayside Inn. There was also a nice store right across the street so we could have just eaten in our room if we wanted to. The whole area, both the busy and the quiet, seemed very polite and friendly. It was a great relaxing get away."

"We love staying at Hallmark. The tub pressure was awful and there was water damage above our shower . There was someone above us screaming for an hour or so til someone stopped her. Creepy. Mental health issue maybe?? Not hallmarks fault We would still go back Great views, hot cookies close to everything"

"When booking I didn’t realize that breakfast was off-property. About one mile drive to a sister property. Staff was excellent and the cookies at check-in were yummy. Bit of a walk to main part of town but very close to Haystack beach access. The unit was a studio with kitchen, nice for 2 people, but the bedroom is separate."

"It was a great location. Heat was a problem on the 2nd floor. It was great having a fireplace on the ground level, where we ended up spending all our time. There used to be a wood stove on the 2nd floor and the stone on the floor was a bit of a tripping hazard. Also one of the smoke detector’s went off a few times for no apparent reason, Maybe it needed new batteries? All in all it was a nice place."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely older home, well equipped kitchen and laundry, big living room, two dining areas, views from all major rooms. Parking right in front. Cannon Beach is an active resort area. Great beaches. Lots of shops and restaurants. A lovely visit. One issue was the smaller side window in the twin bedroom.... It’s not functioning properly and caused a real wound. Skip using it. "
