L'appartement se trouve au 3ème étage avec ascenseur. Il dispose de la climatisation, indispensable en été à Juan les pins. Sa belle terrasse de 14 m2, sans vis à vis et donnant sur des espaces verts, vous permettra de prendre vos repas et de profiter de la douceur du soleil de l'après midi et du début de soirée... Le studio de 27 m2 propose un couchage particulièrement large et confortable pour 2 personnes (Queen size - dimensions 160cmx200cm). \## Access MASTERLOCK et ARRIVEE AUTONOME : Notez bien qu'en cas d'arrivée autonome (tardif et/ou sans rdv disponible) la masterlock pour récupérer les clés se trouvent devant notre agence immobilière. Il faudra d'abord venir à l'agence récupérer les clés avant de vous rendre à l'appartement. Le code sera envoyé le jour de l'arrivée. Le studio entier sera à votre disposition. INFORMATION MENAGE : Le ménage est inclus gratuitement et comprend le ménage d'après séjour ainsi que la location du linge de lit et de bain par une blanchisserie professionnelle que nous offrons également. Literie très médiocre ce qui est fort dommage compte tenu de la déco et de l'ambiance de ce petit appartement.
