### Superb architect-designed apartment in Cannes

Discover this beautiful, newly renovated architect-designed apartment in the heart of Cannes. Located on the 1st floor, without elevator, this apartment includes a large living room, 2 adjoining bedrooms with independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a bathroom and a laundry room. Located at 6-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and 7 minutes from the train station, this apartment will allow you to enjoy the joys and sunshine of Cannes while making your travel easier.  
  
The apartment consists of a large living room of 36m2 with a dining room area and a living room area where you can enjoy an overhead projector and a 3 meter screen for a “cinema room” atmosphere.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob with integrated hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juice extractor and everything you need for cooking.  
  
Each of the 2 bedrooms has 1 double bed, storage cupboards and a smart TV offering Netflix, Amazon etc. The 1st bedroom has its own small bathroom with bathtub; the 2nd leads to a shower room with WC. The apartment also has a 2nd toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.  
  
Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as some basic necessities (toilet paper, soap, spices).

The apartment is located a 7-minute walk from Cannes train station. If your arrival is planned via Nice airport (approximately 30 minutes) we can put you in touch with a private driver.
