Studio with gardens, swimming pool and tennis
- Comfortable studio in a luxurious residence. Beautiful living space with sofa bed or bed 2 places quality, equipped kitchen, nice bathroom recent. Very healthy apartment and good hygiene to respect. Sea view, southern exposure, nice terrace of 12m2 and its garden of 36 m2 in private. Located in the best part of the residence. Very relaxing, we wake up with the singing of birds ... Pool 23 x 11m, tennis clay beaten below the terraces. Easy access to the sand beaches by the gate of the park, barely 10 minutes. Shops nearby. Croisette and Palais des Festivals 3 kms. Ideal for 2 people maximum. Parking in the residence.
