  • This 12 years old property available to rent, is part of Royal Palm, in the vicinity of La Bocca and a short drive from Cannes. The apartment has a fantastic view of the bay of Cannes, which is less than 50 m away, as well as overlooking the communal pools. The unit has a large open plan kitchen/communal area, with access to a balcony complete with outdoor table and chairs. Inside, the apartment is outfitted with designer furniture, flat screen TV (with French and international channels), a blu-ray DVD player, as well as wireless broadband access.
