PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Inside, you’ll find: \- A spacious living room opening directly onto the terrace, featuring a large sofa, smart TV, dining table for 6, and a fully equipped open kitchen. \- The famous terrace with its exceptional view of the sea and the Lérins Islands. \- A master bedroom opening onto the kitchen, with a queen-size bed, closet/dressing area, and a wall-mounted TV. \- A second smaller bedroom with bunk beds. \- A bathroom with a shower and WC. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY 15 minutes by bus from Cannes train station, 8 minutes by car. 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. Need a transfer? We can arrange it via our concierge service. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps from your residence, you can choose to: \- Enjoy the Mouré Rouge beaches as if they were your own backyard. \- Stroll along the Croisette between the palaces and sandy beaches. \- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping at our lovely local stores (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office…). \- And within a ten-minute drive: \- Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals. \- Take the train to discover other gems of the region such as Antibes, Nice, Monaco. \- Shop along Rue d’Antibes. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking in the street of the apartment. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
