A peaceful setting just minutes from the beaches. The Croix des Gardes hills offer a quieter Riviera atmosphere while remaining close to the beaches and the city center of Cannes. Set within a tourist residence overlooking the bay, this apartment provides a relaxed base surrounded by greenery. The bright living room opens onto a south-facing terrace with garden, creating a pleasant outdoor extension of the interior space. The apartment accommodates up to four guests, with a bedroom featuring a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen connects naturally to the living area, while the bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate toilet. Guests also enjoy access to the residence’s leisure facilities including an infinity pool with sea view, tennis court and playground. A parking space is available in the underground garage. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
