Un parking en sous-sol dans un immeuble à 50 m est inclus avec l'appartement. Vous serez enchanté de loger dans ce charment studio rénové à neuf et décoré avec goût et équipé d'une climatisation. Vous aurez la chance de profiter d'un balcon avec vue mer exceptionnelle sur les iles de Lerins, ensoleillé toute la journée de part son exposition plein sud. Il est équipé d'un séjour avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée , d'un canapé convertible 140x200cm, rangements, une salle de bain avec douche, meuble simple vasque, WC. Vous serez situé en plein coeur de la ville, en front de mer, avec absolument tous les centres d'intérêts , restaurants, bars, supermarché. L’appartement sera prêt et propre pour votre arrivée. \## Access MASTERLOCK et ARRIVEE AUTONOME : Notez bien qu'en cas d'arrivée autonome (tardif et/ou sans rdv disponible) la masterlock pour récupérer les clés se trouvent devant notre agence immobilière. Il faudra d'abord venir à l'agence récupérer les clés avant de vous rendre à l'appartement. Le code sera envoyé le jour de l'arrivée. La totalité du logement vous est réservé ainsi qu'un parking situé dans un immeuble voisin a 50 m. INFORMATION MENAGE : Le ménage est inclus gratuitement et comprend le ménage d'après séjour ainsi que la location du linge de lit et de bain par une blanchisserie professionnelle que nous offrons également. Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise. Nous fournissons aussi des kits d'accueil pour vos premiers instants de voyage (non pour tout le séjour comme à l'hotel) à savoir : papier wc, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave-linge et vaisselle (si équipé), sac poubelle, produits pour le sol, torchon de cuisine...
