Ideally located 2 minutes from sandy beaches (private / public), close to shops (supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, car rental, train station, pharmacy, ...), the pier of the Lérins Islands. Bus line at the foot of the building to get to the airport, Nice, Marineland / Antibeland, Cannes, Antibes ... (line 200). 5 minutes walk from the Casino and the Pinède which hosts the Jazz festival in summer.
The neighborhood is very well located: quiet, 10 minutes walk from the city center, easy access highway and especially the main bus lines have a stop in front of the building. You will be able to rent a car from ADA, Hertz or Sixt. Bike rental is also possible a few streets. The apartment is located at a strategic level for the beaches: private beaches on the left, public beaches on the right.
