Beyond the Old Port, the Midi beach district offers a relaxed seaside atmosphere. The shoreline stretches toward the west with beach restaurants, open views across the Mediterranean and easy access to the center of Cannes. Located in this area, this renovated apartment combines comfort with views over the harbor and the sea. The living room offers generous space with a sofa bed and an additional single bed, allowing the apartment to host up to five guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the living space. The bedroom includes a double bed and its own television, creating a quiet sleeping area. Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the apartment, while the beaches and the Palais des Festivals remain within walking distance. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
