It is located just after the old port, close to the city center and the Palais des Festivals. Its attractiveness is explained by the welcome and the diversity of the equipment and activities offered. There are private and public beaches, and good beach and seaside restaurants at affordable prices. You can also practice water sports such as water skiing, wakeboarding, or parasailing. It is ideal for delegates (8 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals) and tourists (3 minutes walk from the beach). It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
