With a spacious terrace and easy ground-floor access, it provides a comfortable base for enjoying Cannes at a relaxed pace. A few streets behind the Croisette, the Alexandre III / Maréchal Juin neighborhood offers a quieter side of Cannes while remaining close to the sea and local amenities. Located on the ground floor, this 44 m² apartment welcomes up to four guests and opens onto a large south-facing outdoor terrace of approximately 70 m². Inside, the living room offers a comfortable relaxation space with a sofa bed and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals easily during your stay. The bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, with direct access to the terrace. A separate toilet adds extra convenience. Outdoor furniture on the terrace allows you to enjoy meals or relax in the Mediterranean sun. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
