The République district is a lively neighborhood just steps from the center of Cannes. Shops, cafés and markets create a vibrant local atmosphere while the Croisette and its beaches remain within walking distance. This apartment offers generous interior space and a bright living room ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and adapted for everyday use. Two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests. The apartment is located on the third floor of the residence. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
