This pretty studio is perfectly located, opposite the Palais des Festivals 3 minutes walk and the beaches of Cannes, come and enjoy this large, very bright and comfortable studio.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in the Banane district, perfect for enjoying restaurants, shopping and the unmissable private beaches of Cannes:

\- Beaches: 5 min walk  
\- Supermarket: 3 min walk  
\- Restaurants / bars: 1 min walk

If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.  
  
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.  
  
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.  
  
\- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€  
\- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€  
\- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
