In Cannes, the Banane district captures the city’s lively rhythm. Restaurants open onto the streets, boutiques line Rue d’Antibes, and the Croisette beaches stretch along the Mediterranean just a few minutes away. Located only three minutes from the Palais des Festivals, this large 38m² studio places you at the center of it all. The main living space is bright and spacious, combining sleeping and living areas in a comfortable layout for up to four guests. A double bed and a sofa bed allow the room to transform easily between day and night. The open kitchen is newly installed and equipped with essential appliances for everyday use. Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout your stay, while the central location allows you to explore Cannes entirely on foot, from the Croisette beaches to the nearby train station and lively café terraces. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
