This tastefully decorated 3 room apartment offers all the comfort for an exceptional stay in Cannes. Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity with the inescapable of Cannes, you will have of : \- Palais des festivals: 4 min by taxi/car, 6 min by bus, 10 min by foot \- Beaches: 3 min on foot \- Supermarket : 1 min by taxi/car, 5 min by foot \- Restaurants / bars: 2 min by car, 2 min by foot \- Parking : in the building The apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, will be carefully prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has an internet connection and air conditioning. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
