A few minutes from the Croisette shoreline, this neighborhood offers an ideal balance between seaside atmosphere and proximity to the center of Cannes. Located in a residential building close to shops and beaches, this apartment offers a bright and welcoming living space. The living room opens onto a balcony, creating a pleasant outdoor corner to enjoy the Riviera climate. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally with the dining area. Two bedrooms each feature two single beds, allowing the apartment to host up to four guests. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the layout.
