This tastefully decorated 3 room apartment offers all the comfort for an exceptional stay in Cannes. Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity with the inescapable of Cannes, you will have of : \- Palais des festivals: 4 min by taxi/car, 6 min by bus, 10 min by foot \- Beaches: 3 min on foot \- Supermarket : 1 min by taxi/car, 5 min by foot \- Restaurants / bars: 2 min by car, 2 min by foot \- Parking : in the building The apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, will be carefully prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has an internet connection and air conditioning. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
