Its Forville market is the unmissable meeting place for gourmands. Located between the beautiful beaches of the south and the Old Port with its delicious restaurants, it is also an excellent starting point to visit the city. It is ideal for delegates (9 minutes walking from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for tourists (7 minutes walking from the beaches). The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
