  • Open the balcony doors and settle into Cannes at your own pace. Classic French character, two private city-view balconies and an included parking space make this a practical base for a Riviera break.



    Managed by LB Vacation Rentals, this bright 67 m² apartment at 7 rue Montboissier combines classic French charm with modern comfort and accommodates up to 4 guests in total, including children.



    The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. There are no additional access steps. The living and dining area offers a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table. Two small private balconies, accessible from the living room and kitchen, offer city views.



    • Sleeping arrangements:

    • One bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm.

    • One sofa bed in the living room measuring 140 x 190 cm.



    • A private shower room is provided.

    • There is one separate toilet. The toilet is in a separate room, outside the shower room.
