Charming studio in beautiful secure and guarded residence with large 11 hectare Mediterranean park with 3 swimming pools. On the 3rd floor out of 4 with elevator with large terrace overlooking the outdoor garden. Located in the city center with all amenities and easements nearby including hypermarket and Provencal markets. Access to the beaches on foot via a lovely promenade along the Siagne where you will find: children's playgrounds, pétanque games, free health and fitness trails, cycle track, golf, restaurants, casino, etc. The residence is located 5 minutes from Cannes by the sea, 20 minutes from Nice, 30 minutes from Fréjus / St Raphaël and 3/4 hour from Monaco with direct motorway access in both directions. Free private collective parking or basement on request possible. Comfort and quality of life guaranteed in peace and serenity.
