The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed. A small, windowless room has a single bed, ideal for one person. The living room also includes a two-seater sofa bed to comfortably accommodate your guests.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. Noise disturbances are prohibited from 9 PM to 9 AM.

No additional guests or parties are allowed in the house. Only the primary guest is permitted.

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. When smoking outside, cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground.

Parties or events are not allowed.

The house must be left clean and tidy: dishes washed, trash in the bins, and every piece of furniture, equipment, and accessory in its place. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.

A fee of €200 will be charged for any lost keys.

Pets are not allowed.
