  • Furnished 2 P. apartment of 28 m2. It is located in a residential area of Cannes. This residence has a beautiful southern park with hundred-year-old trees. <br>The apartment is crossing, well exposed and enjoys the freshness of the vegetation in summer. It is air-conditioned. <br>Its highlight: The magnificent sea view you have from the terrace!<br>It consists of an entrance hall with cupboard, living room with kitchenette and dining area opening onto a covered terrace of 6m2, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. <br>I would like to point out that towels, bath towels, bed linen are included in the rental price<br><br>You also benefit from an underground car park within the residence, a magnificent infinity pool facing the sea. It is free (only deckchairs are paid in July and August: 5€ for 1/2 day).<br>The sandy beach is 600 metres away (about 12 minutes walk)<br>The centre of Cannes (Palais des Festivals, La Croisette, Casino, Rue commerciale de la Rue d'Antibes, ...) is between 30 and 40 minutes on foot. Possibility to take the bus at the bottom of the street.<br><br>If you choose my apartment, I will be delighted to welcome you in person and give you the keys to spend a dream holiday! <br><br>

Une semaine exquise Un logement avec vue sur mer incroyable, d’une trĂšs grande propretĂ©, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t dans une rĂ©sidence exceptionnelle : piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement avec vue sur mer, terrain de tennis, trĂšs arborĂ©e er trĂšs sĂ©curisĂ©e. Bus Ă  proximitĂ© qui permet d’atteindre le centre ville de Cannes en 10 minutes. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillies par Ella, hĂŽte d’une extrĂȘme gentillesse et bienveillance, aux petits soins pour nous. TrÚs agréable séjour en famille!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est trÚs bien équipé et conforme aux photos. Et surtout, il bénéficie d'une magnifique vue sur la mer. Ella est une hÎte trÚs à l'écoute et trÚs réactive pour répondre au mieux à nos demandes particuliÚres. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Wundervoll

Das Appartement ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat eine richtig tolle Aussicht. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es gibt sogar ein BĂŒgeleisen und ein Tisch-BĂŒgelbrett. Die Appartement-/ Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage steht ebenfalls zur VerfĂŒgung. Man kann den Pool mit benutzen. Pro halben Tag kostet eine Liege 4 €. FĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒck kann man am Pooleingang Baguettes und Croissants bestellen, die man am nĂ€chsten Morgen dort abholen kann. Gleichzeitig gibt es einen Consierge Service. Hier kann man ĂŒber eine Internetseite Lebensmittel etc. bestellen und diese werden einem direkt ins Appartement gebracht. Die Dinge sind nur minimal teurer als im Supermarkt. Strand: Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Da der RĂŒckweg in der Hitze echt anstrengend wa sind wir die letzten Male mit Auto an den Strand gefahren und haben immer direkt an der Strandstraße einen Parkplatz bekommen. Liegen und Sonnenschirme gibt es dort nicht. Zur Crossette

Super Ferienwohnung!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, aber auch die ganze Anlage. Schon beim Betretten der Wohnung hat man direkten Ausblick auf das Meer. Ella ist wirklich eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir können sie nur weiter empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Danke Ella đŸ€—â€ïž

Tolle Gastgeber, super Unterkunft!

Die Unterkunft ist klein, jedoch fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene und ein kleines Kind völlig ausreichend. Die Einrichtung ist modern und super gepflegt, die Sauberkeit war makellos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtig uitzicht

Het balkon en het uitzicht was geweldig. Heerlijk elke ochtend ontbijten met uitzicht op de zee. Het zwembad en het park zeer mooi en uitstekend onderhouden.

Supertolle Ferienwohnung und Anlage

Wir haben unglaublich erholsame 8 Tage in Ellas wunderbarer Ferienwohnung verbracht ! Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und allem was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub am Meer braucht ausgestattet. Die Erholung setzt direkt beim Betreten der Wohnung ein, denn da erwartet einen der schönste Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer den man erwarten kann . Wir sind von Ella sehr herzlich empfangen worden und sie hat sich sehr viel Zeit fĂŒr uns genommen und uns alles gezeigt und erklĂ€rt . Die Lage, die Anlage sind toll und wir kommen mit Sicherheit sehr gerne wieder ! Danke Ella ❀

Plein de petites attentions dans ce joli appartement (ex Pierre et Vacances) bien rénové, moderne, pratique, et trÚs confortable à 2. Superbe vue sur toute la baie. Ambiance calme. Résidence arborée avec jolie piscine (transats payants en haute saison) tennis, aire de jeux pr les enfants. Plage accessible à pied en 15 mn. Nombreuses.navettes pr Cannes Centre. Nota : Clim dans le salon uniquement.
