Vous adorerez profiter de la piscine, mise a disposition dans la résidence. L'appartement se compose : \- D'un hall d'entrée donnant sur la cuisine et sur un lumineux séjour avec canapé, TV et table à manger, avec accès au jardin. \- D'une cuisine toute équipée avec plaque 4 feux, hotte, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine Senseo, et tous les ustensiles nécessaires. \- D'une chambre principale avec un lit (lit de 160x200cm) et des rangements. \- D'un coin nuit avec un lit (lit de 140x200cm). \- D'une somptueuse salle de bain avec baignoire et grande vasque. Vous aurez aussi la chance de profiter d'un très agréable jardin et d'une vaste terrasse équipé de transats, bains de soleil s’ouvrant sur une magnifique vue panoramique sur la baie Antibes-Villeneuve-Loubet. Le barbecue a été retiré, suite à de trop nombreux problèmes avec les locataires. Désolé. Très bel équipement pour cet appartement, meublé avec goût et climatisé, le jardin est ensoleillé une grande partie de la journée, vous adorerez séjourner ici. Bien entendu, vous aurez accès au Wifi gratuitement. \## Access MASTERLOCK et ARRIVEE AUTONOME : Notez bien qu'en cas d'arrivée autonome (tardif et/ou sans rdv disponible) la masterlock pour récupérer les clés se trouvent devant notre agence immobilière. Il faudra d'abord venir à l'agence récupérer les clés avant de vous rendre à l'appartement. Le code sera envoyé le jour de l'arrivée. To be fair the agents sorted things out and dealt with things quickly. The apartment was unclean when we arrived and although the cleaners came back it wasn’t great especially the kitchen which was grimy and underneath the beds was very unpleasant. There were glasses missing and no pool towels, We had to use our 1 dishwasher tablet cleaning all crockery, cutlery and glasses before we could use them.Two out of the 5 chairs were broken as was 1 of the sun loungers which our son had to repair. The plug in the bathroom sink didn’t work and the plumber had to come out to repair the toilet.There was just the 1 wardrobe for 2 bedrooms and only 4 coat hangers- 1 each!! It would be a lovely apartment if it had some TLC so I hope the owners take note ##### Christine C.
