Magnifique appartement de 70 m2 entièrement rénové, avec climatisation dans toutes les chambres, avec place de parking dans une résidence, à 600 m des plages et à 5 min du centre ville de Juan les Pins.  
  
L'appartement se compose :  
  
D'une entrée donnant sur un lumineux séjour avec canapé (convertible), tabourets, TV et table à manger, offrant l'accès à la terrasse.  
  
D'une cuisine ouverte toute équipée avec plaque 4 feux, hotte, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine Nespresso, et tous les ustensiles nécessaires.  
  
D'une chambre principale avec lit de 160cm et TV.  
D'une seconde chambre avec 2 lits de 90cm, et dressing et TV.  
D'un espace bureau (ou chambre bébé) avec dressing et machine à laver/sèche-linge.  
  
D'une somptueuse salle de bain avec grande douche type italienne, sèche-serviette, rangements et d'un toilette séparé.  
  
Très bel équipement pour cet appartement, meublé avec goût, vous adorerez séjourner ici.  
L'appartement est entièrement climatisé, de plus, étant traversant, l'air circule facilement.  
Bien entendu, vous aurez accès au Wifi ainsi qu'au service Netflix gratuitement .

La gare de Juan-Les-Pins se trouve à 800 mètres.  
Un arrêt de bus est situé à 50 mètres de l'appartement.  
Cannes est à 20 min.   
Nice à 20 min.   
Pour Monaco et la frontière Italienne, compter 45 min par l'autoroute.
