The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a prestigious residence with an elevator.  
From the entrance, the layout divides the two living areas:

\- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), large wardrobe, smart TV, and en-suite shower room with washbasin.  
  
East side:  
  
\- A bedroom with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), smart TV, and private shower room.  
  
\- An independent, fully equipped kitchen with a delightful sea view.  
  
A private covered parking space is available at the foot of the residence.

From Nice Airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.  
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the Palm Beach district, on the eastern tip of Cannes, renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and direct access to the sea.
