Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer geschlossenen und gepflegten Anlage. Zu ihr gehört ein PKW- Stellplatz. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer für insgesamt 4 Personen. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Vom großen Balkon blickt man auf den herrlichen und gepflegten Pool. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die An- und Abreise war unkompliziert. Wir hatten mit Anne WhatsApp-Kontakt in Englisch. In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer Intermarchè zum Einkaufen.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Wohnung gut möbiliert.Die Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe war perfekt. Anne ist eine sehr nette hilfsbereite Verwalterin. Wir haben uns in ihrer Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne im Sommer wiederkommen, wenn die Wohnung zur Verfügung steht.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Die bisherigen Beschreibungen stimmen. Ein wirklich schön und in einem ruhigen privaten Wohn-Komplex gelegenes Appartment mit eigenem PKW-Parkplatz. Highlights sind die zwei Balkone zur Ost- und Westseite. Letzterer gemäß Foto groß mit 180 Grad Panorama Blick und traumhaftem Sonnenuntergängen. Alles soweit vorhanden (auch Elektro-Grill) und vorteilhaft eingerichtet, auch wenn es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, da es nicht ständig bewohnt wird. In 5 Min. befinden sich 2 Buslinien (30 und 8) mit denen man entweder zum Strand oder in den Hafen/Altstadt von Antibes in ca. 10 Minuten fahren kann. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war problemlos. Ideal für eine ruhigen Urlaub mit 4 Personen/Familie. Einen Riesen-Carrefour-Supermarkt erreicht man in 10 Min. mit dem Auto.

Sehr schöner Aufenhthalt

Ein sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appamrtment mit schönem großen Balkon und tollem Pool. Alles wie auf den Bildern. Man kann vom Appartment aus zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum (ca. 20 Minuten) oder an den Strand (auch ca. 20 Min.) gehen. Von Antibes aus kann man hervorragend die Côte d'Azur erkunden (Nizza, Cannes) oder auch das Hinterland (Grasse...). erkunden. Unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr genossen. Un très bel appartment très bien équipé avec tout. Avec un grand et beau balcon et une belle piscine comme dans les fotos. On peut aller à pied au centre (20 minutes) ou à la plage (aussi 20 minutes). Et on peut faire des excursions à la côte d'azur (Nice, Cannes...) ou vers l'arrière pays (Grasse) Les deux semaines étaient un très beau séjour pour toute la famille. A very nice and very well equipped apartment with a very nice and big balcony and a nice pool as in the picures. You can walk to the centre of Antibes (20 minutes) or to the beach (also 20 minutes). And you can make very nice trips at the côte d'azur (Nice, Cannes) or to the backup area (Grasse...) The whole family enjoyed the stay very much.

Man hat alles was man braucht, appartement ist sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Der Blick vom Balkon über die Stadt ist sehr schön, die Lage ruhig, aber alles ist in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines avec mes enfants et cette propriété est absolument géniale ! Très calme, piscine au top, commerces à proximité, appartement confortable et tout équipé, idéalement situé à 10 mins en voiture de la plage. Le propriétaire est super sympathique et la communication était parfaite 👍 Nous y retournons avec joie l’année prochaine !

résidence calme ,très bien entretenue avec piscine, transat et matelas . L'appartement est spacieux et conforme aux photos , jolie vue sans vis a vis . Commerces ( presse ,boulangerie, casino et boucher ) à 5mn a pied. Le bord de mer à juan les pins est une vingtaines de minutes a pied .

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien! Alle apparatuur werkte naar behoren, fijn dat er 2 balkons waren: altijd een schaduw en zonkant. Voldoende zitplaatsen. Tweepersoonsbed was prima, de slaapbank voor 2 personen minder comfortabel. De locatie werd keurig onderhouden, zowel binnen, alswel de entree en de tuinen met zwembad: voortreffelijk! De buurt was wat ongezellig, voor leuke restaurants e.d. moest je echt met de auto op pad. Afhankelijk van de wind hadden wij regelmatig last van de vliegtuigen richting Nice. Dat was jammer, maar dat zal voor heel Antibes gelden. In de regio is voldoende te zien en te doen, wel met een auto. Als dat is wat je zoekt, dan is deze locatie zeker aan te bevelen!
