EQUIPMENT The 2 pieces is composed as follows: \- A 6m2 terrace with barbecue and an outdoor table and 4 chairs; \- A living room with American kitchen consists of: \- A sofa bed for 2, \- 82cm LCD TV \- an internet box (WIFI and unlimited internet included!) \- a table and 4 chairs; \- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, hotplates, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker ...); \- an entrance with a large cupboard of 2m long for storage; \- a separate WC; \- a bathroom with large shower, a washbasin, a towel dryer; \- a separate bedroom with a double bed 140cm \* 190cm and 2 bedside tables; and \- a private parking. SITUATION 10mn walk from the beach (pebble beach). 5 minutes walk: small commercial area with bakery, post office, bank, primeur, small casino ... 5 minutes walk: restaurants (pizzeria, best restaurant Antibes burgers ...) Shuttle to downtown and station every 1 / 2h. BUS N ° 200: for 1 € it serves the coast of Cannes in Nice. Nice airport at 13km. Cannes at 10km. Sophia Antipolis at 10 km. Monaco 45km. Our family spent 14 days in this flat. We have a child and a dog. Ownet iz very kind and we had all the answer in a few hours. He also kindly welcome uš with a bottle od wine, soda and ice cream, our Little one was si happy! So nice! Residence is small but nice and clean.
