It’s large, modern, has good size rooms and offers easy access to all Cannes has to offer. The furnishings were rather basic (all IKEA) and I was disappointed with the lack of basics such as towels, teatowels and pillows. There aren’t enough of them and at the price you pay, I would think these would be in ample supply. The apartment is also on the 3rd level (high winding stairs) without a lift so it wouldn’t work for people with mobility challenges or a lack of strength/fitness. Eva was great and very helpful and available for any questions and suggestions. Apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. My only complaint is that the apartment is located on the 3rd level up a large spiral staircase and was very difficult for my 2 sets of elderly parents to tackle these stairs every time we left and returned which they dreaded. I think it should be advertised that there is no elevator present. Getting our luggage up was very difficult as well. If stairs are no problem for your group, this place is perfect! ##### Lori D.
