Reversible air conditioning in all rooms. Direct owner (no intermediaries). Adapts PMR. Its big plus: 2 large terraces of 10m2 very pleasant, one with a sea view and the bay of Cannes and quiet. Center of Juan les Pins and Antibes accessible on foot (less than 15 minutes walk). Bus stop in front of the residence.
