    THE SPACE

    Welcome to Swan`s Nest, a spacious two-level penthouse at Grande Rockies Resort in Canmore. With over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, mountain views, and a private hot tub, this is a wonderful place for families and groups to experience the Canadian Rockies together.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

    Swan`s Nest accommodates up to 9 guests with nine individual sleeping spots.

    - Master bedroom upstairs: 1 king-size bed, sleeps 2
    - Bedroom 2 downstairs: 1 king-size bed, sleeps 2
    - Bedroom 3 downstairs: 1 queen-size bed, sleeps 2
    - Separate family room: 1 queen pull-out sofa bed, sleeps 2
    - Portable extra bed: 1 twin-size folding cot that can be moved where needed, sleeps 1

    LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT

    The lower level features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a main living room, and a separate family room. Enjoy board games, foosball, and three TVs for entertainment during your stay.

    Step out onto the lower-level balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, use the barbecue, and relax with outdoor seating. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto a private patio with seating and your own hot tub.

    For added convenience, the condo also features two bathrooms, including an ensuite bathroom upstairs and a lower-level bathroom with a walk-in shower. An in-suite washer and dryer are also provided.

    GRANDE ROCKIES RESORT AMENITIES

    Guests have access to the resort`s shared indoor swimming pool, communal hot tub, and fitness room, with no additional resort amenity fees. A restaurant is also located within the resort and is open to the public.

    Please note that the resort amenities are shared with other guests and are separate from your private hot tub.

Perfect location

We loved the views from the balconies and how the easy walks to get coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. A very short drive into Banff but my family (2 parents and 3 young adult children) enjoyed the town center of Canmore more than Banff. Thank you so much Robert for helping make our stay perfect!

Perfect stay! Canmore is a fantastic place to use as a home base to explore the Banff area. The condo was fantastic. It had plenty of room, nice touches and amenities, with all details covered. The host thought of everything, including loaning us bear spray and a Pars Canada pass (although we didn't actually need it), recommending local places to eat and visit, and even providing his own discount code for the local grocery store. We loved having a second family room to hang out and watch TV. The hot tub was fantastic and there was so much space to spread out with a fully stocked kitchen. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream, and the downtown Canmore area. Awesome views of the 3 Sisters mountain peaks. The facility has its own restaurant and pool although we were too busy to use them. We would definitely return. Book it, you will love it.

Banff area vacation

Unit was very nice, very quiet and beds were comfortable, and one of our group is a picky sleeper due to injuries from past auto accident, and he found the beds worked well for him. Great to have the park access pass.

We enjoyed this condo. We love the amenities that are available in this building. The condo was very very spacious, it had everything that you needed, including a very fancy latte and espresso machine that we very much enjoyed. We will be booking again soon.

Canmore Getaway

We love Canmore, and this location is perfect for walking everywhere. The building is clean, underground heated parking is a nice touch, easy to unload and load your gear.Easy access to Hwy and all trails for hiking, pub crawling and shopping or both in our case. Excellent resort stay experience

The stay was excellent. The unit was well maintained and cozy. The private hot tub was a plus for us to enjoy after cold days in Canmore and Banff. The only minor issue was that the sheets from a bedroom had some body order. It was washed, and the problem was solved. Overall great experience and we would come back again.

Three Weeks at Swan's Nest

This is a very spacious unit in the Grande Rockies Resort complex for a three week stay. The resort facilities (pool and restaurant) were used often. The beds were very comfortable and the garage parking was very close to the elevator. The kitchen included all of the furnishings we needed for cooking / grilling. Robert was readily accessible whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This is a really nice penthouse unit in a lovely resort, with fantastic mountain views. Everything was very clean and the rooms were large and comfortable. The hot tub, shared indoor pool and onsite restaurant were nice added amenities. The only small issue we had were inaccurate access codes to the pool and trash. I would suggest updating those in the guest book. Otherwise a fantastic stay!

Amazing Stay in Canmore

This property was exactly as advertised. It is a big, luxurious, clean condo in Canmore. The check in process was easy, the owner was very responsive throughout the whole process and also they provided a guide book with information about the unit and the town. Canmore has a lot of restaurants and shops and is a short distance from Banff so this was the perfect place for my family to stay. The view from this condo is so beautiful and the hot tub looks directly out at the mountains. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable and I had the best nights' sleep there. Highly recommend this place to others and hope to be back one day!

Great getaway in Canmore

The property was fantastic. The amenities were great and perfect for our family of 6. Perfect location in Canmore for city activities and for getting to the ski slopes in no time. The only slight downside was that there was some construction going on outside of our unit. No big deal but we were met with workers going in and out a lot. The good news is that the renovations are going to have the communal areas looking great next time we stay here and we would definitely stay here again. Robert was great communicating with us on questions and we would definitely reach out to him again to reserve this unit in the future.

Adventure

Our stay in Canmore was incredible! The location was very close the the main part of town, within walking distance which made it very convenient to walk to the local shops and restaurants. The beauty of the town surrounded by mountains was breathtaking. There was plenty of sites to see and we also took a drive to lake Louise. Our accommodations were spacious, clean and well maintained. We had access to everything we needed. The online line photos and pictures are accurate. There was also a restaurant within the building that had excellent food. Plenty of local restaurants with high vibe clean eating foods to choose from. I would visit here again. Majestic Mountain Getaway

We stayed a full week at the Swan's Nest at the Grand Rockies Resort. Everything exceeded expectations. The location, surrounding views, ammenities and comfort of the condo were amazing. Our entire group gave our trip and accomodations 5 stars. The property manager was very helpful and always quick to respond to questions, etc. The pack and play and high chair were wonderful since we had a baby on the trip. We cooked several nights and found the kitchen and BBQ quite sufficient for all the family meals. The indoor pool on property and the private hot tub were a bonus. Coffee and restaraunts in easy walking distance. Trails everywhere for morning runs and taking walks at the end of the day. Very easy to drive to the National Parks as well as to Calgary (we had to pick up some family at the airport). We highly recommend the Swans Nest in Canmore!
