If your days plans involve heading to Banff National Park or Kananaskis Country you are just 2 minutes drive to jump on the highway. The river walking trails are 5 minutes down Main St and offer stunning flat walking trails by the beautiful Bow River. Getting Around: Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away.
