"Truly an experience. Bed a little too hard for a long stay but everything else luxurious. Coffee pods. Breakfast area looking over old post office facade is a stunning architectural delight. Real fast buffet plentiful and as expected in 5 star hotel. Very very helpful staff a delight. "

"There was little literature in room. About what was available in room and service. No details of connecting to the internet by wireless. No tourism info or local eats. Calendar of events in town. Also no hair conditioner or after shower skin balm available. Limited standard tea bags in room. also expected to see microwave?"

"Booked a Harbour View Club Suite with access to the Level 32 Exec Club. Access to the Club made a huge difference, and made the stay good value as, inclusive breakfast, lunch, canapés (much more than just canapés), drinks, wine, beer and cocktails were very good. My wife is Gluten Free and Dairy Free and the staff were very accommodating to her dietaries, offering for her to order from room service menu to the lounge nil charge. The room included free mini bar which was generously stocked."

"Will not be booking the hotel again. It was a poor experience from the beds nearly unsleepable, construction being done , bags of linen and cleaning products outside the lifts you have to manoeuvre past. Flat out disappointing, not a great place to stay highly recommend to anyone reviewing to look somewhere else."
