If I had a question the concierge had an answer. I felt so at home. right down the street is grocery store for anything I forgot. So much was in walking distance, fancy or casual restaurants, beautiful old buildings and musuiums. There is a unique blend of tourests and residence that gave me a feel for Panama

The staff is amazing! Oscar set the tone for the amazing week we would experience as he showed us to our room. His happiness was infectious! Krishna was a favorite of ours immediately!! She always had a smile to share. She remembered everyone’s detailed orders from day-to-day. She always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed!! She was well informed of on-going activities and answered questions about the resort that was not related to her job. The food was amazing with great options! The servers were impeccable, but Juan stood out above the rest with his humor and hospitality. Our rooms were cleaned and checked twice a day and stocked with towels and refrigerated options as needed. We loved the preferred lounge and the ability to relax while overlooking the scenic vistas! We are seasoned travelers and have been to many high-end resorts so after reading a few reviews, to say we were a bit apprehensive in making reservations here is an understatement. I’m delighted we decided to ignore those reviews and go anyway!! The resort is an older resort so there is wear and tear, however we observed the maintenance crew working tirelessly each day to make improvements! We give the highest recommendation for this resort and we will be returning! Thank you Dreams for exceeding our expectations and allowing us to make beautiful memories to last a lifetime!
