"Excellent service and friendly"

"Best hotel in Canggu! Perfect location, Great facilities, well designed, most of all , excellent service ! Love this hotel!"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and spa were very relaxing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. "

"The Tugu Bali is a gem. It is like staying in the cultural repository of a Bali that now seems lost to overdevelopment and over tourisim. It is a love letter to the history of the island. To say that it is beautful is an understatement, to say that the staff are amazingly helpful, friendly, and kind is to not give them enough credit. It is an oasis of tranquility, but only steps from all the beach side nightlife and surfing. Simply splendid all around"

"Hotek novo e maravilhoso! Recomendo de olhos fechados. Todos muito cordiais, especialmente Agung. Se tivermos a chance com certeza voltaremos!"

"Very convenient location, helpful staff, good breakfast."

"The staff were amazing! The service was great, from the security, to the front of house, cleaners and pool staff were all so helpful and friendly! It really made such a great welcoming stay. Great with the kids. Hotel could do with a new paint and clean, but overall it’s a great location. The Vue pool food, breakfast and dinners were all such great value and taste, the food never disappoints!"

"Its so amazing stay ... Like to stay here with my lovely husband..."

"This hotel has had me question every other hotel I’ve stayed in! The reception on arrival was very welcoming! The layout of the villa was so intentional, so well thought of ! Giving a vibe of luxury and technology. The staff were all so courteous, helpful and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was completely satisfactory! We just wished we had booked more days there! Breakfast was 10/10 chef’s kiss! We also had dinner there which was also amazing ! Make sure you check out the spa...

"Breakfast and staff very helpful"

"Unreal - go if you get the chance - staff the best"

"The staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating at the Monolocale. I stayed in one of the one bedroom villas, which was beautifully decorated and clean. I'd recommend a stay here to anyone."
