Set on a fenced-in 1,500 m² lot where the owner also lives, it guarantees comfort and tranquility for a vacation with family or friends. The 140 m² vacation rental is spread over two levels. On the raised first floor, you’ll find a separate kitchen, a living room with a sitting area, a bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, and a second bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and its own private bathroom. A separate bathroom and a toilet complete this level. Upstairs, a third bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a shower room, and a toilet provide additional space, ideal for ensuring everyone’s privacy. An extra bed can also be added in the living room. On sunny days, enjoy a large 80 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, a private pool open from May through September (8.80 x 4.75 m, maximum depth 1.60 m), a private hot tub, a barbecue, and an enclosed parking area. For your comfort, electric heating and air conditioning are included. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras.
