Ce spacieux appartement de 3 pièces d'environ 80 m² ainsi qu'une grande terrasse de 30 m². Vous y trouverez un aménagement agréable et confortable avec un grand séjour/salle à manger avec canapé/lit et TV, une cuisine ouverte et équipée d'une plaque vitrocéramique, four électrique, frigo/congélateur, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver et nécessaire de vaisselle. Une chambre avec lit en 140 et une seconde chambre avec deux lits en 90 convertibles en lit de 180, une belle salle d'eau et WC indépendants. Double exposition avec magnifiques vues sur le Port et la Méditerranée.
Cet appartement est celui à ne pas rater pour passer de bonnes vacances!
Magnifiques vues. Parking en garage commun. Face à l'aquarium Oniria et la grande roue. Équipé pour 4 à 6 personnes.
