Sehr nettes Haus, 5-10 min zu Fuß zum sehr breiten udn unendlichen Sandstrand. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden und als die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte, wurde sie von Pasquale umgehend ersetzt. Pasquale war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete direkt. Vielen Dank.

Bonjour, nous profitons de ce mail pour vous partager notre séjour qui ne s'est pas bien passé du tout, nous avons porté plainte en gendarmerie pour agression dans notre location situé au 21 rue E Herriot par les voisins situés à côté au 21 bis. Nous avons contacté et prévenu les propriétaires M. et Mme Sol Pascale de l'agression qui est survenue dans leur location et que nous exigeons un remboursement de la location. Nous utilisons ce canal de communication pour vous alerter puisque c'est votre plateforme qui a encaissé la somme du loyer versé. Excellent séjour à deux avec un chat dans cette canétoise très bien entretenue et en très bon état! La décoration est charmante. L’emplacement est idéal dans les derrières du casino, à même pas 5 minutes à pied de la place de la Méditerranée, et avec la possibilité de se garer à l’intérieur si le véhicule n’est pas trop imposant, ou devant le portail. En pleine saison c’est important. Le contact est très facile avec les propriétaires qui sont très aimables, sympathiques et réactifs. Nous avons pu prendre possession des lieux en totale autonomie à notre arrivée et le logement était très propre. Concernant les équipements, rien ne nous à manquer. Ceci dit, attention pour les amateurs de cuisine, il n’y a pas de four, ça peut vite manquer. En résumé, ne pas hésiter à louer ici pour une très bonne expérience de location à Canet Plage!

Situation et confort idéal

Très bon séjour à Canet-en-roussillon avec notre petit fils. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la situation de la villa très proche de la plage ainsi que des commerces et du marché. Les équipements machine à laver, congélateur et climatisation ont été aussi d'une grande utilité avec un enfant en bas age. Merci aussi à l'amabilité des propriétaires que nous n'avons malheureusement pas pû rencontrer à cause de circonstances particulières.

Petite maison très agréable avec 2 chambres bien indépendantes, toutes les commodités, joliment décorée. Un petit bout de jardin agréable pour manger dehors ou lire sur les chaises longues. Accès à la plage et aux commerces en 3 minutes tout en étant dans un rue calme. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, merci encore aux propriétaires d'avoir ouvert la location hors saison !

Jolie maison, idéalement située et fonctionnelle, avec des 2 chambres séparées et le séjour plutôt spacieux. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et bienveillants pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. La plage est à côté, il est possible de tout faire à pieds et en poussette pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants.

Proche de tous les commerces et de la plage, idéale avec jeunes enfants, petit jardin très agréable et ombragé autour de la maison pour déjeuner et se reposer. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
