Excellent part of Canet, superb view of beach from top floor apartment balcony. Good to have a private -- underground -- parking space. Buta little difficult to manouevre into the gaarage with a people carrier.
Appartement très bien situé avec un grand balcon et une double exposition. Par contre le mobilier est vétuste et l appartement n est pas bien entretenu. Il était sale à notre arrivée la baignoire n avait pas été nettoyée( présence de sable et de crasse) les meubles étaient poussiéreux, il y avait des faux ongles sous le lit, des étiquettes de vêtements… la peinture du plafond du salon et du mur du bureau tombe en petits morceaux sur le canapé et le lit.Problème d électricité et ne pas fermer la porte des toilettes sinon vous y resterez bloqué Pas d état des lieux à l arrivée seulement une remise des clés.Idem à la sortie.Dommage car cet appartement pourrait être très bien avec juste un peu plus d entretien.

appartement bien situé avec une belle terrasse. Par contre, problèmes électriques, volets vétustes et de travers, portes de buffet qui vous reste dans les mains, ménage très limite, première chambre avec des matelas inutilisables et surtout agence inexistante. Aucune solution amenée pour les problèmes électriques ainsi que le reste d'ailleurs. Sinon les gens sont charmants avec leurs commerces et pas trop de monde sur la plage à cet endroit.
Super appartement au pied de plage et centre ville . Idealement placé avec son garage en sous sol ce qui est un plus. Une tres agréable et grande terrasse ou la vue est magnifique.
Décorations un peut fatigué ainsi que l'art de la table. Bref on vient pas pour ça.
