1 bedroom has attached bathroom & 2 standard size bedrooms have one common bathroom. This villa has a shared swimming pool which is shared between hardly three villas. Location is prime as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, casino pubs are NEARBY.  
The space  
Villa Samaara3 is a spacious and modern, yet warm and welcoming family retreat. Luxuriating in a serene tropical garden but just moments from Candolim Beach. Overflowing with casual elegance and charm Villa Samaara3 is an idyllic escape; Be at the center of the action but away from the crowds. It is amid all the famous and happening cafes, pubs, restaurants and boutiques. Ideal for families, kids will love the villa while adults luxuriate in beautiful views, bespoke design and glorious sense of space. The location is so prime as all good cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, casino and pubs are located on this lane.
