It's only about 10 mins from Asheville and a very easy drive back & forth. Very good amenities; mattresses were extremely comfortable. Sound machines in each room was definitely a plus. The only thing we had a concern with is that the frying pans weren't very good at all. Couldn't fix eggs without them sticking terribly. Our suggestion would be to replace both of them, as most folks who rent a home with a kitchen actually do fix some meals there. Other than that, we were very happy. ##### Lisa N. There are homes being built on 2 sides. The unit was clean and presented very well except for the loose towel rack in tge 2nd story bathroom that almost caused a family member to fall while exiting the shower.
