property is at a great location, staff was kind, breakfast was sufficient, room was clean however we got a room with the balcony covered up next to staff rooms i presume. So can hear talking very early in the morning and we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful lush gardens at Legian beach Hotel or the sunshine during the day unfortunately.

The most perfect relaxing stay at this hotel!! We was blessed with finding this spa hotel, as it was in the middle of our crazy busy holiday so it was perfect to come back to and wind down from the day in our whirlpool room. The staff completed our stay with their constant hospitality, from the waiting staff, to reception, to the spa staff (who give the most amazing massages!). They were all so friendly and helpful in every way. Was sad to leave this place and would definitely stay again - 5 stars!!

This was an amazing property with the best staff that were very kind, professional and attentive. We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and had nothing short of an amazing time.

Absolute paradise! We stayed for 9 nights and couldn't fault anything. The staff all friendly, bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. We felt like like a king and a queen. The room was beautiful, from the decor to the space and the beautiful, infinity splash pool right outside the bedroom and spectacular views of the forest. Room service twice a day, mornings met with refill of filtered bottled water and bowl of fresh fruit. Evening's they turn down the bedding, close curtains and turn on outside lights. The spa is amazing, we had the couples massage twice. We ate at their Aruna restaurant for every meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) ... great variety of delicious food (and top service!), beautifully presented and fresh. The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my husbands 60th, and they even had a cake and sang to him. He said he couldnt have had a better way to celebrate. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. We can't wait to go back!
