With us you can enjoy your holiday in just a few minutes, the fantastic view of the sea, the pleasant surroundings and the quiet will quickly forget the hectic pace and everyday life. You live in the small Spanish village Barranco Hondo about 2 km from the sea and a larger town. The capital St. Cruz is only 12 minutes away. to reach. If you prefer a quiet, undisturbed location away from mass tourism, then you've come to the right place. Your 155 sqm holiday home has 2 terraces (each approx. 50 sqm) with a beautiful sea view of the Atlantic and is equipped with all amenities and technical equipment. WiFi equipped. The large terraces with the new outdoor shower, the beautiful and cozy terrace furniture invite you to sunbathe and linger. The shower and guest bathroom were newly installed. Your vacation home has a large living-dining area with a separate well-equipped kitchen. It has two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, the sofa in the living room can also be converted into a bed. In the house there is a separate apartment for 4 people (approx. An additional 40 sqm) with a new shower bath, which can be booked on request for an additional charge. If you want to play basketball, just throw a few balls in your holiday home or experience the sunset with a view of Gran Canaria with a barbecue and a well-chilled glass of wine. Your vacation home is located near the capital and port city of Santa Cruz (14 km away), which has a good cultural offer and nice shopping and nightlife options. Stroll through the pedestrian zone near the harbor and visit one of the many small restaurants in the cozy side streets of this ancient city. The villa is in a quiet hillside location set within its own gardens in a gated compound that provided both security and privacy. The villa was not over looked on any side and provided wonderful views of the ocean from the terraces. Perfect for a get away from it all holiday but also ideally located for getting around the island - 10 Mins from Santa Cruz and only 30 mins from Los Christianos and Puerta de la Cruz so you can do all the sights/parks easily. A car is required as there are no bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but they can be found five minute drive away. The villa is very spacious and has two terraced areas where you can catch the sun all day. It is also very comfortable and has everything you need and is like a home from home. The washing machine was used daily and the dishwasher was a godsend as 5 people make a lot of washing up! Good internet kept the kids (3 teenagers) quiet and 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own room which was ideal for a party of 5 - the two main bedrooms are very comfortable and I wish I could have brought the mattress back with me. The owner was extremely helpful with arrangements for arrival/departure and there was a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. The only issues we had were the draining from the inside showers was a bit slow so you have to turn them off whilst washing to avoid them overflowing - the outside shower was amazing though and we used that one the most. The aircon was only in the master bedroom and not working, however the ceiling fans kept the villa cool enough so not really an issue. All in all we had a great time at the villa and managed to use it as a base to visit the whole of island although most days I just wanted to stay in the Villa as it was so nice. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and would definitely stay here again. ##### David K. Das Haus ist einfach zu finden und liegt in einer Villen Gegend. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist schon steil aber nach etwas Übung haben wir es super hingekriegt. Einfach mit Schwung in die Garage. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und sieht in echt auch so aus. Der Pool ist größer als man denkt und ca 1,50 tief. Um den Haus herum liegt ein Garten mit schönen Pflanzen. Es gibt 2 Terrasse mit ausreichend Liege und Sitz Plätzen, die Sonne ist immer auf einer. Die Gegend ist eigentlich ruhig, Nachbarn hört man nicht doll. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war das Hunde den ganzen Tag irgendwo bellen. Vorallem Abend hört man sehr viele und manchmal Nachts. Aber als Ausgleich kann man sehr gut Mittagsschlaf am Pool machen. Als Strand würden wir La Nea empfehlen, mit schwarzem feinen Sand und sehr ruhig da meistens einheimischen da sind. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt . Würden auch gerne wieder kommen aber das Haus ist so weit im voraus schon ausgebucht. Nach Abholung des Mietwagens konnten wir ohne Probleme die Adresse finden. Das Einfahrtstor war bereits für uns geöffnet, Wolfgang und seine Frau begrüßten uns recht herzlich und zeigten uns alles. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, es warteten zwei Terrassen mit Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf uns. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und bei klarer Sicht auf das gegenüberliegende Gean Canaria sind schon grandios. Nach ausgedehnten Wandertouren haben wir uns immer wieder darauf gefreut, ins Haus zurückzukommen und auf den Terrassen und im Pool entspannen zu können. Das Haus, die Lage und die Ausstattung sind perfekt. Alles was man für einen super Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß und man hat von allen Terrassen einen tollen Meerblick. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung, aber man ist für sich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und dem Verwalter vor Ort war unkompliziert und super freundlich. Mehr geht nicht :-) Normalerweise müsste ich "Null" Sterne vergeben... NUR SO ist sichergestellt, dass wir dieses traumhafte Haus, mit Top-Lage, Hammer Ausblick, toller Ausstattung, mega Pool mit sehr schönen Ausblick, jeder Zeit buchen können...ohne, dass uns jemand mit diesen Geheimtipp zuvor kommt. Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Haus, wir haben sogar die Gunst der Stunde genutzt und uns im Hauseigenem Fitnessraum "getrimmt". Das Haus ist seeeeehhhhrrrr groß und bietet sogar Platz für 6 Personen. Die Terrassen haben sein traumhaften Ausblick. Die Lage ist auch toll, man kommt mit dem Auto überall sehr schnell hin. Auch die Abstimmung mit der Hausverwaltung war unkompliziert. Die Erholung beginnt tatsächlich direkt bei der Ankunft. Bereits die Begrüßung und der Check-In durch den Hausverwalter, in unserem Fall durch Wolfgang und seine Frau, waren so herzlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, der Garte und der Pool waren super sauber und sehr schön hergerichtet. Die beiden großen Terrassen mit Meerblick und der Pool laden nicht nur zum entspannen ein, sie sind auch ein Riesen Spaßfaktor für Urlaub mit Kindern! Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind unserer Meinung nach noch schöner als die inserierten Fotos es zeigen. Es handelt sich wirklich um eine Wohlfühloase. Was für uns neu war, war der unfassbar unkomplizierte und entspannte Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Stephan hat uns nicht das Gefühl des Kunden gegeben sondern eher des schon lange Bekanntem der einem eine tolle Zeit auf Teneriffa ermöglichen möchte! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, unsere Kinder haben das Haus und den Pool geliebt und das wir nochmal wieder kommen stand schon am ersten Abend fest! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen tollen Pool, zwei schöne Terrassen und einen schön angelegten Garten. Das Haus hat ein elektrisches Tor und eine große Garage. Aber das Beste am Haus war für mich der Ausblick. da das Haus Hanglage hat schaut man direkt auf das Meer und die Landschaft drum herum. Es liegt nicht weit von Santa Cruz und Candelaria entfernt in einem kleinen Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ca. 6 min mit dem Auto entfernt an der Autobahn. Wir können es hier absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein riesigen Dank an Stephan und Torsten für alles. ##### Kirsti v.
