Nous avons séjourné seulement une nuit, très proche de l’aéroport au point que nous avons marché au lieu d’utiliser leur navette. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Nous avons très bien dormi.

Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We ’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We will always come back, dedicated customers at this hotel.

Geothermal pool was a welcome addition. Breakfasts has many choices and food wad goo. Very classy. I would have preferred being closer to Izmir city, but transportation in and out of town was reasonable. Staff were very helpful with requests

I chose this for my 1st night in Turkey because of the thermal spa facilities. The pools saunas and jacuzzis were very nice although there is a surcharge to use them. My room was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was huge and a great introduction to Turkish breakfast.

"The room smelled of smoke had to air it out, I would have given a better rating but the wifi didn't work. Today this is a basic utility. This is despite asking the manager multiple times to fix it. I would have rated it higher if they fixed this basic."
