Le gite est d'une propreté impeccable et dans un endroit isolé mais à un quart d'heure des courses et une demi-heure de la sous préfecture où il y a tout ce qu'on veut y compris cinéma, théâtre, manifestations festives et culturelles etc.. le hic ce sera la canicule qui ne relève pas de la responsabilité du propriétaire! Une grande partie de la maison est restée très datée (années 60-70) : interrupteurs, poignées, carrelages, portes-fenêtres, volets très abîmés et menuiseries...

"Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, vers 1 h du matin, les climatiseurs étaient allumés mais ne produisaient aucun air frais. Malgré les manipulations effectuées il nous a été impossible de les faire fonctionner.La chaleur dans le logement était insupportable. Nous n'avons pas dormi et avons été contraints de quitter les lieux à 4 h 30 du matin pour rentrer chez nous.Le logement présente pourtant des qualités, mais en période de fortes chaleurs, une climatisation...

Proximité d’une route bruyante Lits non faits pour 12,00/pers Pas de climatisation dans la maison que des appareils rafraîchissant, mais même pas un par chambre. Le propriétaire le sait mais ne le précise pas dans son annonce. Lave-vaisselle trop petit pour 14 personnes et fonctionne mal. Il manque beaucoup de vaisselle. Chaises pliantes inconfortables Terrasse, mal éclairée Balles de baby-foot et ping-pong...

"The house is in a beautiful, peaceful, rural location but only a 5-minute drive to the restaurants, bars and shops of Villereal (which is a very beautiful town). The house is pet-friendly and our dog loved the large garden to chase her ball or explore. Bernard, the host showed us around on arrival and provided help if we needed anything, but was not intrusive. We received a welcome gift on arrival, which was a very kind gesture. Although, Bernard and his family live next door, the house is very private and all facilities are exclusively for guests. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided everything needed for a relaxing holiday. It was also nice and cool inside, but the air conditioning was very much appreciated when the temperatures soared. The garden, pool area and outside terraces were lovely areas for relaxing or enjoying an evening meal or drink.The house is perfectly located for visiting the nearby towns of the Dordogne and Lot, many within a 15-minute drive. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers looking for accommodation in the area."

"Gite op een prachtige locatie. Mooie wandelroutes tussen uitgestrekte wijngaarden, afgewisseld met bos en Bergerac dichtbij De gite was supercompleet. De eerste benodigdheden zoals peper, zout, olie, afwasmiddel etc.. stonden er allemaal. Verder een goed Nespresso-apparaat van Krups voor heerlijke koffie. Magnetron, oven, grote ijskast met vrieslades etc... Alles werkte goed en was netjes schoon. Het zwembad met poolhouse en aangrenzende rotstuin was een plaatje. Echt paradijs daar, ik kom er graag weer terug."

"A beautiful hotel situated in an old windmill, right next to the river, with amazing views. The rooms are lovely, clean and well equipped and the shower is great. All of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Our evening meal was wonderful, as was breakfast, with a wide and varied range of excellent, fresh products. You can wander downstairs to sit by the river, passing through a room containing the workings of the old windmill, a bit like a museum, which is really interesting. There is a huge free car park, including spaces with electric charging points."
