With a full sea view, in the centre of Cancale, the "Val Joyeux" flat is ideal for a rejuvenating stay for couples, families or friends.
Entirely renovated with great taste in 2020, come and put your bags down in this beautiful 90 m2 flat which invites you to escape to the rhythm of the tides.
Located in the "Haut de Cancale", the "Val Joyeux" flat is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and its surroundings which are no less interesting.

The flat consists of :
DAYROOM
Combining white and wood, the fully equipped kitchen of about 20 m2 is very trendy. Its central island and its bar invite you to convivial moments.
A large sliding door separates the kitchen from the living room. The bright living room, with its white walls and parquet flooring, offers an exceptional view of the sea, with the Mont Saint-Michel in sight, thanks to its two large windows leading onto the balcony. The space is well differentiated with a spacious dining area on one side and the living area on the other.

NIGHT NOOK
The Val Joyeux flat has a large bedroom, equipped with storage space and bathed in light thanks to its two large windows. Lying on the 160 x 200 bed, you can admire the sea in a Zen and relaxing atmosphere.
The lounge area has a convertible sofa offering an extra bed for 2 people. The privacy and tranquillity of this sleeping area is ensured by the sliding door separating the living room from the kitchen.

BATHROOM AREA
The flat has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathroom cabinet with a basin. The toilets are independent.

THE EXTERIORS: You have a large balcony: table, benches and deckchairs are installed to spend pleasant moments while enjoying the exceptional panorama. You will also have access to the garden, planted with trees and fenced in, an ideal place for children to play!

What you need to know about VAL JOYEUX:
- The flat is located in a large Cancale house and occupies its ground floor with a completely independent entrance.
- Linen is included for 2 people - for the 3rd and 4th person linen is optional at 18 € / pers. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel / person. Please bring your own tea towels.
- Free parking is available in the street, either in front of the flat or in the neighbouring streets.
- The garden is in the condominium and below the flat.
- A member of our team will be there to welcome you on arrival and ensure that you have a pleasant stay on departure. Late arrivals after 8 pm are possible with a supplement of 40 €.
- In winter, from November 1st to March 31st: an estimate of the electricity consumption has been made for a heating at 22° = 52.5 KW/D. If this daily consumption is exceeded at the end of your stay, then you will be asked to pay for this excess consumption on the day of departure: 0.26€ / KW exceeded
- The villa is managed by a travel agency specialising in seasonal rentals - Archipel Evasion - registered with Atout France under the number IM972130002 and holding an APST financial guarantee. As a Professional, member of the APST, Archipel Evasion gives you an EXCLUSIVE and FREE advantage: the guarantee of the deposited funds. This advantage gives you the certainty of carrying out or continuing your trip, in the event of a possible financial failure on its part.

We spent 6 days as part of a 3 1/2 week anniversary celebration. Our actual anniversary was spent in Cancale, and this house was the perfect place to stay! It was a convenient walk to the center of town - for Carrefour, le boulangerie, le marche and more. It was a little further to the port for restaurants and les huitres, but still walkable. And, the house was wonderful for sitting and relaxing - wonderful breezes and light, and oh! the view! The woman who opens and closes the place was delightful, too. We are already talking about returning to Cancale and to this house.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Mont Saint Michel verbracht. Die Ruhe und das intensive Licht sorgen für Erholung und die Möglichkeit, jeden Abend selbst zu kochen, hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung haben es erleichtert.

Une grande terrasse donnant sur la mer, le sentier GR34 devant la maison qui vous permet de superbes randonnées. Un endroit tout confort, décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. Tout est à proximité pour la boulangerie, le boucher, le beau port de pêche. Une location tout simplement parfaite.

Hervorragende Lage, herrliche Aussicht. Gute Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Stehlampe zum besseren Lesen und wärmeres Licht in den Deckenlampen. Ausstattung in der Küche komplettieren zB mit Schneebesen, Messer(set), Geschirrhandtücher, Eierbecher etc. Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war knapp. (Es gab noch Zusatzkopfkissen und Decke aber keine Bezüge) Aber trotzdem eine sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Schön ist es alle Geschäfte, den Markt und auch den Hafen zu Fuß erreichen zu können.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und der Ausblick ist hervorragend. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Cancale und Umgebung ist immer eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die An- und Abreise war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
