Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this ground floor accommodation in Cancale, within a shared house, with a surface area of 90 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests. It comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 20 m² living room with a TV and dining area  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more  
\- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, dryer, fan.  
  
The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.  
  
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- La Gouesnière–Cancale–Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes train station 6 km away (about 10 minutes by car)  
\- Rennes–Saint-Jacques Airport (RNS) 76 km away (about 1 hour by car)
