This pretty Cancalaise house was renovated in 2017 in a "holiday" spirit, simple decoration where traces of the past and current materials are mixed.
Bright and quiet with a view of the garden, the "little house" is located in the heart of "Cancale" near the seaside, the Port de la Houle, GR34 hiking trails, small craft shops and markets . Everything is done on foot.
On the ground floor the little house is organised around a large living room, with fitted and perfectly equipped kitchen, a cosy room and lounge.
The large fireplace will accompany your evenings in the colder season.

The large enclosed garden (rare in the heart of cancale) is very pleasant and generous, it provides security for young children and pets.
